GreenSinnergy was established in response to a call for help from a global ecosystem in trouble, where the transition to cleaner and more efficient economies is no longer an “alternative” choice, but a moral imperative.

Prof. Dr. Bertram Lohmüller

Managing Director

Is an engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience in technology transfer and global business development. He is a professor at Steinbeis University, where he specialises in green technology and SDG leadership, and collaborates with companies and international organisations such as UNECA and UNFCCC. He developed the SDG IMLead® Heptathlon model, a trademarked method for integrated management and leadership, employed in his consulting, project development, and leadership programs.

Carlos Villalba

Managing Director and Partner

Is an economist with more than 15 years of professional experience. Since 2018, he has been living in Germany, where he has enhanced his academic background with executive programmes in management and leadership. He has worked for several renowned German companies, always with a focus on business development in Latin American markets. Before founding GreenSinnergy, was Business Development Manager for the Americas at Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG, one of the world’s leading consulting companies in the energy and hydrogen sector.

Dr. Juan Zagorodny

Energy Transition Expert and Argentina Representative

He has a PhD in Physics from the University of Bayreuth, Germany and a Masters in Energy Management from UNLA/CNEA, Argentina. With over 25 years of professional experience, both locally and internationally, he has worked far numerous renowned companies in Argentina such as ENARSA, YPF, VZH, ELPRA, as well as several well-known international consulting companies. He is a visiting professor at several universities, and also theses director. He has published numerous academic articles. As a consultant, he specialises in renewable energy, battery storage and hydrogen.

Marcelo Gutierrez

Business Development Expert and Central America Representative

Marcelo Gutiérrez has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Technological University of Honduras and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He has worked in procurement analysis and data mining, demonstrating skills in project management and strategic analysis. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French and holds relevant project management and health and safety certifications.

María Termignoni

Sustainability Expert and Spain Representative

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management far Businesses from the Instituto Superior del Ambiente in Madrid, Spain. She has more than 10 years of professional experience having worked in project development and management control. Currently, she focuses on data analysis, carbon footprint calculations far organisations, lite cycle assessments, and assisting companies in developing environmental and economic indicators to assess corporate social responsibility performance.

Martín Mayandia Burns

Legal Expert and Peru Representative

He has over 15 years of experience in business law and management, currently leading a mid-size precious metals mining company and serving as a partner in a specialized law firm. He has led teams in significant corporate transactions and restructuring projects, displaying expertise in due diligence, legal opinions, and financia! instruments. Martin also holds roles as an independent board member and lecturer, contributing to legal and financia! education internationally. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, he has engaged in substantial international assignments and provided strategic counsel across various legal and financia! sectors.
